TUTORING ACTION PLAN

In the meetings prior to Practicum, you will be made aware of the urgent need to care for and protect the planet. With this is mind, it will be suggested that students try to work in the classrooms with recycled materials, as much as possible, and also to make their own pupils aware of the importance of recycling.

This module is of a marked professional nature, in which students who are not yet qualified will be seen before a group/class in the role of teacher. To do this, they must design and carry out activities and explanations from the curriculum.

Assessment of students learning:

The practice carried out will be assessed primarily according to the knowledge acquired and the connection with the subjects studied in the degree. Likewise, the student’s intellectual growth and their capacity for understanding and reasoning will be taken into account in particular.

The student must attend the school full-time throughout the Practicum period. Absences must be duly justified and reported, both to the host school’s teaching practice coordinator and to the Faculty tutor. The time may be made up with the consent of both after the Practicum ends, on the dates agreed between the Faculty tutor and the school. One unjustified absence will result in failing the Practicum.

To pass the module, the student must have achieved a positive assessment in each of the following three assessment aspects:
